01Overview

Service overview

CRM Strategy Consulting assesses your customer data and campaign status to fix the KPIs, the key campaigns, and the order of adoption. CRM marketing usually stalls not at the solution contract but at the question of what to send. The metrics and the data are checked first, and what gets handed over is narrowed to one or two revenue-linked key campaigns.

03What we deliver

Scope of delivery

01

CRM status assessment

The current state of channels, campaign history, customer data structure, and measurement is examined. Where the gaps sit shows up in a document, so the investment order is set from data.

02

KPI and key-campaign design

Business goals are translated into conversion and retention metrics, and the one or two highest-impact journeys become the key campaigns. With the first campaign clearly scoped, the build schedule holds.

03

Adoption roadmap

Which campaign goes live when is set quarter by quarter, and the cost change that comes with MAU growth is written in beside it. The first-quarter scope and the path after it are settled before the contract, so internal approval moves faster.

How the service works

From customer data to campaigns ready to build

Review data and measurement, then define key campaigns and an implementation sequence around business goals.

How the service works
  1. Review data and existing campaigns

  2. Design KPIs and key campaigns

  3. Set an implementation roadmap

04Why this way

Points of difference

Each point lists the deliverable that backs it.

Planning inside what the tool actually does

A strategy document gets abandoned at execution mostly because the plan and the tool's real behaviour do not line up. As OneSignal's official partner in Korea, IXC checks segments, events, and channel conditions against what can actually be built, then fixes the KPIs and the key campaigns. Nothing has to be re-planned once the build starts.

The consulting does not end at a document

A roadmap stops where it is if there is nobody to execute it. IXC keeps software development, QA, and cloud operations in-house, so building a finished key campaign and then running it both stay inside the same company. Where you decide to execute it yourselves, the design document and the data definition become the takeover pack.

A team with send counts but no idea what drove subscription conversion

Assume send counts are all that remain, and nobody can answer what contributed to subscription conversion.

Intended directionEvery campaign is compared on the same conversion basis, and the next investment order follows from it.

09FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • CRM Strategy Consulting delivers four things — the status assessment report, the KPI and key-campaign design, the data definition, and the adoption roadmap. The baseline is shared within two weeks of kickoff, and the design deliverables follow as each one is settled.

  • Under the OneSignal announcement, existing accounts need a paid plan for mobile push and in-app messages from October 1, 2026 once they exceed 1,000 MAU. Web push and email stay free, and IXC reviews the transition quote and plan selection with you.

  • OneSignal is a customer engagement platform used, by its own published figures, by one in four global app publishers. IXC supports adoption and operations in Korea for commerce, media, and gaming.

  • It splits into the OneSignal licence and the IXC service fee. The licence is usage-based on MAU, and the service fee is quoted per project or as a monthly subscription depending on scope. Send us an inquiry and we will follow up with a detailed quote.

  • We begin with campaign history, customer-data structure, and channel status. A baseline is prepared within two weeks of kickoff, then one or two key campaigns aligned with KPIs and their required data collection are finalized during design.

  • We review performance together for four weeks after handover. Results inform the performance report and priorities for campaigns to expand in the following quarter, recorded in an expansion backlog for the internal team.

  • We share the findings from the first stage, then agree scope and schedule on that basis before delivery. A finished request for proposal is not required: the current environment and the outcome you want are enough to start.

Engineering & Operations

CRM clicks increased, but did revenue? What you need to compare

Randomly assign eligible customers at the same time to campaign and no-campaign groups, then compare outcomes for everyone originally assigned. Clicks and attributed purchases alone do not establish incremental revenue; examine assignment, observation, costs and uncertainty.

Engineering & Operations

Which campaign should you automate first: first purchase, repeat purchase, or reactivation?

Choose the first campaign by considering the current business bottleneck alongside customer eligibility, data, customer value, operational capacity, and measurement. A large list does not establish readiness if you cannot verify customers’ current status or handle inquiries and withdrawal requests.
