IXC collects the information it needs to handle inquiries, provide materials, and improve this website. This policy sets out why each item is collected and how it is handled.
1. Personal information we collect and how we collect it
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company name, work email address, and the content of your inquiry. Your job title and contact number are collected only if you enter them. When you download a resource, we collect your name, company name, and work email address. Inquiries and resource requests also record the visit source (the first page visited, the domain of the referring site, and campaign parameters). This information is kept in the browser tab where you first arrived and is sent only when you submit an inquiry or resource request. It is cleared from the browser when the tab is closed. Website usage statistics include cookie identifiers, the pages visited, the referral path, device and browser information, and usage events.
2. Purposes of use
We use this information to reply to inquiries, provide requested materials, and carry out consultations. Website usage statistics are used to improve our content and services. We send newsletters and other informational communications only to users who have given separate consent.
3. Retention and destruction
Personal information received through inquiries and material requests is retained for 36 months from the date of consent to its collection and use, and is then destroyed. Email addresses used for newsletter delivery are retained until the subscription is cancelled. Where relevant statutes require a longer retention period, we keep the information for that period and then destroy it.
4. Provision to third parties and outsourced processing
We use HubSpot CRM to manage inquiry information, replies, and follow-up work. Website usage statistics are processed in Google Analytics 4. The content entered into inquiry forms is not sent to that analytics service. If any other provision of personal information or outsourcing of processing arises, we will disclose the recipient and the work involved in this policy.
5. Rights of the data subject
Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. Requests are received at the contact details of the officer listed below.
6. Website usage statistics
We measure visits and usage with Google Analytics 4. The name, email address, phone number, and inquiry content entered into inquiry forms are not included in analytics events. Page addresses are sent with their path and campaign values (utm parameters and ad click IDs) only; other query parameters are not sent. We do not use Google signals data or ads personalisation features. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not show the first-visit notice.
