01Overview

Service overview

Managed CRM Campaign Operations is a managed operations service that sets the monthly campaign calendar and carries the sends, the experiments, and the performance reporting on your behalf. The work happens inside your own OneSignal account. The point is a state where sending runs to the same rhythm every month.

03What we deliver

Scope of delivery

01

Campaign planning and calendar operations

Promotions and always-on journeys are planned into a monthly calendar and executed to schedule. Sending settles into regular work, and the gaps and the pile-ups disappear.

02

Send quality management

Segment verification, test sends, and link and substitution-variable checks run as a pre-send checklist. What has to be verified sits on a list rather than in one person's memory.

03

Monthly experiments and reporting

An item to try is chosen and checked with an A/B test, the winner is carried into the always-on campaigns, and the result and the reasoning are written into the report. The executive report and the next month's plan finish in a single document.

How the service works

A consistent rhythm for planning and verified sending

Plan the campaign calendar, verify audiences before sending and use experiment results in the next operating plan.

How the service works
  1. Plan campaigns and maintain the calendar

  2. Verify audiences and messages

  3. Review experiments and performance

04Why this way

Points of difference

Each point lists the deliverable that backs it.

Managed, without creating dependency

The common side effect of managed operations is a structure where nothing works without the agency. Campaign settings, experiment results, and the reasoning behind each decision are left inside your own OneSignal account in one format. Once someone internal takes the role, operations move across as they stand and IXC steps back into an advisory position.

Send incidents are prevented by procedure

One message sent to the wrong segment undoes months of trust. Pre-send verification is not left to how careful the operator feels — audience count confirmation, test receipt, link checks, and substitution-variable inspection all run as a fixed checklist. This verification culture is the difference when a company that also runs a software QA organization takes over operations.

All client work

A channel where the same weekly push keeps losing openers

Assume the same style of push repeats every week while fewer and fewer people open it.

Example approachEach month the subject line and the hour it goes out are changed one at a time and compared, and the winner and the reasoning are left in the account.

Intended directionImprovement accumulates monthly, and every change stays traceable to its reason.

09FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • The managed scope covers campaign planning and setup, sending, and the monthly experiments and reporting. Creative design and new data implementation are added separately with an agreed scope. Campaigns are built inside your own OneSignal account.

  • Under the OneSignal announcement, existing accounts need a paid plan for mobile push and in-app messages from October 1, 2026 once they exceed 1,000 MAU. Web push and email stay free, and IXC reviews the transition quote and plan selection with you.

  • OneSignal is a customer engagement platform used, by its own published figures, by one in four global app publishers. IXC supports adoption and operations in Korea for commerce, media, and gaming.

  • It splits into the OneSignal licence and the IXC service fee. The licence is usage-based on MAU, and the service fee is quoted per project or as a monthly subscription depending on scope. Send us an inquiry and we will follow up with a detailed quote.

  • We begin with campaign history, customer-data structure, and channel status. A baseline is prepared within two weeks of kickoff, then one or two key campaigns aligned with KPIs and their required data collection are finalized during design.

  • We review performance together for four weeks after handover. Results inform the performance report and priorities for campaigns to expand in the following quarter, recorded in an expansion backlog for the internal team.

  • We share the findings from the first stage, then agree scope and schedule on that basis before delivery. A finished request for proposal is not required: the current environment and the outcome you want are enough to start.
