IXC and Gasigwangseon sign MOU to advance a regional arts and culture AX platform
IXC (CEO Nam Kichul) announced on the 7th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the cooperative Gasigwangseon (Chairman Kang Seungwon) to advance a ‘regional arts and culture AX platform’.

IXC is a local AX (AI transformation) company that turns the information, experience, and ways of working scattered across local sites into platforms and services.
Gasigwangseon is an arts and culture organization based in Chuncheon, Gangwon, specializing in exhibition planning and design studio work. It is building ‘Artist PROP’, a digital repository that stores and manages artists’ work images, information, and exhibition histories.
The agreement was pursued to advance Artist PROP into an archive platform suited to the Korean arts and culture field. Under it, IXC will plan and upgrade the platform architecture, user experience improvements, data management methods, and potential uses of AI (artificial intelligence). Gasigwangseon will take charge of Artist PROP’s content and planning direction, drawing on its understanding of the arts and culture field and its network of artists.
An IXC representative said, “This agreement will become a case of regional arts and culture AX that organizes arts and culture data into usable assets,” adding, “We will expand the service into AI-based search, portfolio organization, work sharing, exhibition promotion, and a dedicated app (application) service for artists.” The company added, “Artists’ work images and activity records are important cultural assets, but they are scattered across personal storage and the like,” and said, “We will systematically accumulate data with Artist PROP and develop it into AI-based services.”
