  • Yes. Tell us the situation and the goal, and an owner shapes the scope with you. No finished RFP is needed: the first meeting settles the problem definition, the priorities, and the estimate scope.

  • The problem you want solved, the systems you run today, and your expected timing and success criteria are enough. Attach an RFP or a current architecture diagram, up to 10MB per file and three files.

  • On three things: the roles involved, the duration, and the operational scope. We confirm the scope once an owner is assigned, send the estimate in writing, then re-price only the delta if requirements change.

  • Only to answer this inquiry and keep the record of it. We hold it for 36 months from the date of consent, then destroy it together with your attachments. You may withdraw consent at any time.

  • Yes, the same form works. Choose “Press and other” and it reaches the media desk, and the reply follows the same process as any other inquiry. If you need material in a particular format, say so in the message.
